1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VeloSEO (“the Service”), operated at veloseo.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeloSEO is an AI-powered SEO content platform that generates and publishes search-engine-optimised articles to your website. The Service includes keyword discovery, AI content generation, auto-publishing integrations (with platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce), performance tracking, and AI search optimisation.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free trial account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• All plans include a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial, your chosen plan will be billed monthly via Stripe.
• Prices are listed in EUR. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@veloseo.co. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if you have generated more than 50 articles during that period.

6. Content Ownership

• Your content: You retain all rights to your website content, brand data, and any data you provide to the Service.
• Generated content: Articles generated by VeloSEO and published to your website are owned by you. You may use, modify, or remove them at any time.
• Our content: The VeloSEO platform, branding, documentation, and website content remain our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service.
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by VeloSEO is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing published content. VeloSEO is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, in accordance with Google's helpful content guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide at least 7 days' notice for terminations not caused by a Terms violation, allowing you to export your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
